After undergoing a kidney transplant at young age, Ciara Roberts, author of Wholly Aligned, Wholly Alive discovered new ways to cope with the stresses involved with such a treatment as well as new challenges she would have to face in every day life.
Using nutrition and yoga as her tools, she created Wholly Aligned; a way to help corporations, medics and people in positions of stress deal with the challenges of difficult environments.
