An entertaining, frank and candid conversation with Dr. Haidar Al-hakim otherwise known as ‘The Third Eye Doctor’. He is a surgeon, a speaker, an author and a life coach. He talks to me about his earlier life and how he became an ophthalmic surgeon, started a charity that sought to provide sight-saving eye care for people in impoverished areas. He tells this fascinating story whilst sharing his experience with stress and burnout and how the highs come with the lows. Dr Al-hakim now runs life-coaching sessions to help others who have suffered from stress in the workplace and burnout.
